Founder Welton Lima’s journey began in Minas Gerais, Brazil, where he developed a deep appreciation for skilled workmanship and the pride that comes from building something enduring. At just 15 years old, he moved to the United States and began mastering the paver and hardscape trade, gaining years of hands-on experience and developing a disciplined, detail-driven work ethic.

As his career progressed, Welton noticed a recurring issue throughout the construction industry. Homeowners were often left frustrated by poor communication, unclear expectations, and impersonal service. He believed there was a better way - one built on transparency, respect, and accountability.

From the initial design consultation to the final walkthrough, TGS delivers a seamless, professional
